Uniden­ti­fied Aer­ial Phe­nom­ena sight­ings were reported over: Alabama, Ari­zona, Cal­i­for­nia, Delaware, Florida, Geor­gia, Illi­nois, Indi­ana, Mass­a­chu­setts, Mis­sis­sippi, Mis­souri, New Jer­sey, New York, Penn­syl­va­nia, Ten­nessee, and Washington.

Sight­ings of UFOs were also reported in Aus­tralia, Brazil, Canada, France, Greece, Mex­ico, New Zealand, Thai­land, and Eng­land in the United Kingdom.

The pur­pose of these files is to report the UFO eye­wit­ness and photo/video evi­dence that occurs on a daily basis around the world and in space. These Files assume that extrater­res­trial intel­li­gent life not only exists, but my hypoth­e­sis is that the over a thou­sand UFOs reported each month rep­re­sent tech­no­log­i­cally advanced space­craft con­duct­ing sur­veil­lance of Earth. I per­son­ally became inter­ested in UFOs when Lon­don Con­trol ordered me to inter­cept one over Eng­land while fly­ing for the US Air Force. Under Project Blue Book, the US Air Force inves­ti­gated UFOs for more than twenty years; and we con­tinue this advanced research. I believe the God of the uni­verse has spread life through­out the cos­mos and UFO¡¯s are vis­it­ing us in ever-increasing numbers.

Dur­ing the last year you trav­eled 200,000,000 miles from one part of Earth’s orbit to the point far­thest away orbit­ing around the sun. Our sun is also mov­ing through space so is it really so hard to believe we are being visited?

Project Blue Book– Radar Visual UFO Reports Most Convincing

The Direc­tor of UFO Research for the US Air Force’s °Project Blue Book Cap­tain Rup­pelt states, “Of these UFO reports, the radar/visual reports are the most con­vinc­ing. When a ground radar picks up a UFO tar­get and a ground observer sees a light where the radar tar­get is located, then a jet inter­cep­tor is scram­bled to inter­cept the UFO and the pilot also sees the lights and gets a radar lock only to have the UFO almost impu­dently out­dis­tance him, there is no sim­ple answer.” Edward J Rup­pelt USAF Cap­tain dec­o­rated with two Dis­tin­guished Fly­ing Crosses 1956.

Brazil, Chili, Peru, Uruguay Government’s Research UFOs

A. J. Gevaerd writes, “One of the small­est coun­tries in South Amer­ica, Uruguay is also the place where the mil­i­tary are more open-minded towards the UFO Phe­nom­e­non. UFO occur­rences are inves­ti­gated by the Uruguayan Air Force (FAU) as part of their rou­tine activities.

Few peo­ple know that a small coun­try in South Amer­ica has an offi­cial office for fly­ing saucer research as part of its Air Force. The office is con­tin­u­ously oper­at­ing since 1979, when it was estab­lished by the pres­i­dent of the Repub­lic him­self. It has been more than three decades since the Com­mit­tee for the Recep­tion and Inves­ti­ga­tion of UFO Reports (Cridovni) oper­ates in Uruguay.

Three other sim­i­lar insti­tu­tions exist in the con­ti­nent. These are the Cen­ter for the Study of Anom­alous Aer­ial Phe­nom­ena (CEFAA), estab­lished in Chile in 1997 and work­ing within the country¡¯s Gen­eral Civil Avi­a­tion Office; the Office for the Inves­ti­ga­tion of Anom­alous Aer­ial Phe­nom­ena (OIFAA), in the Peru­vian Air Force (FAP); and an Argen­tine com­mit­tee cre­ated last year but still under devel­op­ment. Pos­si­ble Alien Moon Base Cap­tured By Chang’e-2 Orbit

Ken Phiefer writes, “I was sent some pic­tures by a source who claims China will be releas­ing Hi Res images taken by the Chang’e-2 moon orbiter, which clearly show build­ings and struc­tures on the moon¡¯s sur­face. He also claims NASA has delib­er­ately bombed impor­tant areas of the Moon in an effort to destroy ancient arti­facts and facilities.

Pic­tures yet to be released clearly show nuclear impact craters and build­ing debris caused by explo­sions in an effort by NASA to destroy the truth. China is mov­ing toward full dis­clo­sure of the Extrater­res­trial real­ity, if these images and future ones are ver­i­fied gen­uine then NASA should be inves­ti­gated for fraud and trea­son. China will be releas­ing all the data and images from the Chang’e-2 in the com­ing weeks and months, let¡¯s hope this is the begin­ning of a new era.

Paul Hill’s Inter­stel­lar Travel in “Uncon­ven­tional Fly­ing Objects”

Many Sci­en­tists claim their biggest stum­bling block to ET vis­it­ing Earth is the tremen­dous dis­tances between our Earth and other solar sys­tems!¡± I attempted to explain NASA engi­neer Paul Hill’s find­ings regard­ing the time require­ments for inter­stel­lar travel. Ein­stein pointed time and dis­tance in space is short­ened by speed.

Most writ­ers and physi­cists too, in esti­mat­ing the time for inter­stel­lar travel, neglect the effect of the accel­er­at­ing por­tions of the trip on the trip time, mak­ing the sim­pli­fy­ing assump­tion that the vehi­cle makes the entire trip at con­stant veloc­ity. This is prob­a­bly done because the req­ui­site equa­tions are scarce items in the lit­er­a­ture… snip.

It is pos­si­ble for an inter­stel­lar trip to be very short. The trip from our near­est neigh­bor, Alpha Cen­turi, a triple star sys­tem 4.3 light years away made by accel­er­a­tion at 140 g to a v/c of 0.9999 is accom­plished from a stand­ing start to a stand­ing fin­ish in 6 weeks. Snip

At the high­est speeds con­sid­ered, the travel time is not at all pro­por­tional to the dis­tance. For exam­ple at 20 g and v/c=0.9999 we read a dis­tance of 25 light years takes 0.6 years on board, while a dis­tance of 100 light years is cov­ered in almost a year. The rea­son is easy to visu­al­ize. Once the vehi­cle is up to speed, vast amounts of addi­tional dis­tance may be cov­ered dur­ing the coast period with but lit­tle increase in time and, obvi­ously, with no increase in addi­tional light year cov­ered while coasting.

CONCLUSION: I hope I have made it clear that there is an impor­tant dis­tinc­tion to be made between the time expe­ri­enced by the space trav­eler and the time which passes mean­while on the home planet and on the plan­e­tary des­ti­na­tion. The tremen­dous accel­er­a­tion, speed, and energy capa­bil­ity dis­played by UFOs make them well suited to cap­i­tal­ize on this dis­tinc­tion by the attain­ment of greatly reduced on board times real­iz­able by approach­ing the speed of light. Even an approach to 90 per­cent of light gets the job done for the nearer stars. Higher frac­tions of light speed give attrac­tive time reduc­tions for longer trips.

Don’t be mis­led by the count­less state­ments in the lit­er­a­ture that inter­stel­lar dis­tances and the speed of light con­sti­tute some kind of bar­rier to space travel. There are only two paths to this con­clu­sion:  Nobody in the uni­verse has the tech­nol­ogy to approach light speed. Observer time is sig­nif­i­cant, and on board time is to be ignored. Both paths are false ones. The con­fused sec­ond view is the more com­mon. Editor’s Note: The sailors who crossed the ocean a cou­ple hun­dred years ago and those set­tlers who crossed the coun­try in wagon trains to Cal­i­for­nia would find the trip aboard a fast space ship to another star sys­tem a rea­son­able time period. The biggest prob­lem would be that their friends and rel­a­tives would be unlikely to be alive when they returned, so they might decide to bring them along.

Black Holes Used to Increase Speed and Energy

This was described in 1964 by Russ­ian astronomer Niko­lai Kar­da­shev who hypoth­e­sized that a so-called Type III civ­i­liza­tion would con­trol the entire energy out­put of a galaxy. (We don’t even reach Type I sta­tus because we have failed to har­ness nuclear fusion or build a con­stel­la­tion of solar power satellites.)

But why should a super-civilization be so energy vora­cious? And how in the heav­ens do they tap the energy of an entire galaxy? First, a far-advanced soci­ety would need a lot of energy to sup­port a rapidly grow­ing wave of col­o­niza­tion, ambi­tious astro­engi­neer­ing projects, and bur­geon­ing pop­u­la­tions. Green tech­nol­ogy can only go so far.

Sec­ondly, super-smart extrater­res­tri­als have far more than the total stel­lar energy out­put of the entire Milky Way at their fin­ger­tips. They could tap into the mother of all stor­age bat­ter­ies: the super mas­sive black hole in the core of our galaxy. This grav­i­ta­tional engine is vastly more effi­cient at con­vert­ing mat­ter to energy than stel­lar nuclear fusion.

ANALYSIS: Super-Civilizations Might Live Off Black Holes

A huge amount of radi­a­tion is gen­er­ated by the mil­lion degree accre­tion disk of trapped gas whirling around the 4 bil­lion solar mass black hole at our galaxy’s heart.

Makoto Inoue of the Insti­tute of Astron­omy and Astro­physics in Taipei, and Hiromitsu Yokoo of Chiba Uni­ver­sity are propos­ing that advanced civ­i­liza­tions might pool their resources to con­struct a ring of “power sta­tions” at the galaxy’s core. They would orbit the cen­tral black hole just beyond its solar system-sized accre­tion disk. Some frac­tion of the radi­a­tion seething from the disk would be reflected and focused onto the power plants. Each power plant would trans­mit col­lected energy as a col­li­mated microwave beam from a 100-mile diam­e­ter antenna.

Or, aliens might use mol­e­c­u­lar inter­stel­lar clouds to fash­ion an effi­cient trans­mis­sion sys­tem, by means of a maser. A maser (an acronym for Microwave Ampli­fi­ca­tion by Stim­u­lated Emis­sion of Radi­a­tion), cre­ates an intense coher­ent beam of radi­a­tion when atoms or mol­e­cules in a gas, liq­uid or solid medium, force an incom­ing mix of wave­lengths to work in phase, or, at the same wave­length. This would amplify radi­a­tion from the accre­tion disk and make a sharp col­li­mated beam. Nature has already fash­ioned mega-masers in clouds near galac­tic black holes, and there­fore radi­a­tion pump­ing by arti­fi­cial means may not be so dif­fi­cult to set up, say the authors.

A con­sor­tium of super-civilizations might pool resources to build a chain of power sta­tions encir­cling the black hole. It would be the heart of a robust and fault-tolerant energy grid con­nect­ing numer­ous worlds like a fan­tasy scene out of the film “Tron.” How­ever, I think it is more likely that a fed­er­a­tion of expand­ing space colonies, spawned from a sin­gle mother civ­i­liza­tion, would work together to main­tain their via­bil­ity. This wouldn’t run into the thorny ques­tion of how two or more inde­pen­dent but sim­i­larly co-evolved species man­age to con­tact each other and work out a prac­ti­cal energy infra­struc­ture. But could we detect evi­dence of such a mega-engineering project?

Prob­a­bly not say the authors, because the energy would be highly beamed and there­fore only be vis­i­ble if you were along the line-of-sight.  Chances for detec­tion increase slightly if many power plants use a very large antenna or use a multi-beam system.

Curi­ously, the mech­a­nism behind nat­ural mega-masers is not fully under­stood. For exam­ple, it’s mys­te­ri­ous that all the maser com­po­nents in front of the black hole are all aligned almost on the same orbit.

The mir­ror sys­tem designed to reflect and trans­mit the energy could be detected as a shadow against the bright accre­tion disk. But it would be tough try­ing to explain these tran­sits as any­thing other than nat­ural bod­ies drift­ing through space.

These beams would be so pow­er­ful that they could be detected in neigh­bor­ing galax­ies that are tilted edge-on to our view. So if the Milky Way is lack­ing a Galac­tic Empire, maybe a super-civilization com­mands another nearby island uni­verse. Mar’s Inca City and Pos­si­ble Life

The area known as the Inca City on Mars at first look seems sim­i­lar to known geo­log­i­cal for­ma­tions. Under close inspec­tion in the Mars Global Sur­veyor images there are much smaller objects vis­i­ble near the sides of the ribbed-landscape. There are many smaller inter­est­ing for­ma­tions located in the recesses of the squared-off areas. Kind regards, Nor­man Bryden.

The Ata­cama Desert

The dri­est desert on earth ¡ª the Ata­cama Desert of Peru ¡ª is con­sid­ered a great stand in for what the geol­ogy of Mars is like. Sci­en­tists are excited to find what they term an “oasis” of micro-organisms liv­ing under the sur­face of the desert. Such a find could mean that sim­i­lar microbes could exist under the sur­face of Mars. Researchers used a device called a Signs of Life Detec­tor (SOLID) con­tain­ing a biochip that includes up to 450 anti­bod­ies to iden­tify bio­log­i­cal mate­r­ial. After tak­ing sam­ples from a depth of five meters, they found the pres­ence of archaea (sin­gle celled micro-organisms) and bacteria.

The micro-organisms were pho­tographed under an elec­tron micro­scope, and brought to life when given water.

The desert is rich in halite (rock salt) and other water absorb­ing com­pounds ¡ª is so sim­i­lar to Mars. It stands to rea­son if sam­ples were taken from the Mar­t­ian sub­soil, they could poten­tially reveal the same kind of life forms. Trial of the SOLID was part a joint research team from the Cen­ter of Astro­bi­ol­ogy of INTA-CSIC in Spain and the Catholic Uni­ver­sity of the North in Chile. Engi­neer John E. Combest writes, “In the attached analy­sis of the two pho­tographs from Filer’s Files #5 sup­plied through Peter Dav­en­port, I show that the image appears to be three sim­i­lar non-airfoil type craft instead of only one object, and that they are mov­ing at about 5 times the speed of the Grum­man air­plane from which the pho­tos were report­edly made. Filer’s Files are always a high class presentation.

Three instead of one: This pho­to­graph shows three vehi­cles — not just one taken over Sis­ters, Ore­gon on Sep­tem­ber 16, 2011. The dashed lines have been drawn through the visual cen­ter­line of each of the three objects. These vehi­cles are not “air­foil” type craft which must travel in the gen­eral direc­tion of the lead­ing edge of the air­foil, but are held aloft and pro­pelled by some force which does not depend upon vehi­cle inter­ac­tion with the atmos­phere. There­fore, the vehi­cle atti­tude (ori­en­ta­tion, pitch) is gen­er­ally inde­pen­dent of the spe­cific direc­tion of travel — as is evi­dent above. Vehi­cle #1 has col­oration sim­i­lar to #2, but does not have the same shape as #2 or #3. Vehi­cle #3 has a shape sim­i­lar to #2, but does not have the same col­oration as #2 or #1. 60 Years of Neglected Evidence

The United States of Amer­ica had the high­est num­ber of humanoid encounter reports. The aver­age num­ber of reports per year was 52.16. This high fig­ure is pos­si­bly attrib­uted to the fol­low­ing: 1. The reports came from a very wide geo­graph­i­cal area.2. Pub­lic aware­ness and inter­est to report has been more.3. There have been bet­ter doc­u­men­ta­tion facil­i­ties avail­able (news media and pri­vate organizations).

Rus­sia, China, or the African Con­ti­nent, though large in size, had very few reports when com­pared with those from the United States. The socio-political con­di­tions in these coun­tries are not very con­ducive to make reports of anom­alous nature. The same is true of the other Third-World coun­tries. It is inter­est­ing to note, how­ever, that the United States is the largest con­trib­u­tor to the humanoid encounter reports, with 37 per cent. If the other devel­oped nations are taken into account as well, the per­cent­age would be almost 71 per cent of the total global reports. If this phe­nom­e­non is attrib­uted to hal­lu­ci­na­tions or other forms of men­tal aber­ra­tions due to social, polit­i­cal, and psy­cho­log­i­cal trau­mas, it can log­i­cally allude to the Third-World nations, which have below aver­age liv­ing stan­dards and socio-political unrest, to report encoun­ters of a dis­turb­ing kind Report­ing encoun­ters with alien humanoids would be a kind of psy­cho­log­i­cal escapism from their every­day prob­lems. This does not seem to be so.

UFO Sight­ings in the United States

Alabama Hov­er­ing Red Lights

ADAMSVILLE – I let my dogs out on Feb­ru­ary 7, 2012, and a few sec­onds after I stepped out onto the porch, I noticed a bright light in the shape of a sphere hov­er­ing through the trees at 8:55 PM. At first I thought noth­ing of it, but I noticed where tree limbs cov­ered it up, it would sud­denly not be so hid­den by the trees. I pur­posely moved sev­eral times to where the tree limbs cov­ered the light, only to see it a sec­ond later as the object moved toward Birm­ing­ham. It moved slightly faster than I’ve seen planes fly. I waited for the light to emerge and noticed a few red lights mov­ing in a cir­cu­lar direc­tion. I’m not sure if it was even a UFO. Ari­zona Long Cylin­dri­cal Shape

PRESCOTT VALLEY – I was look­ing out my bed­room win­dow on Feb­ru­ary 4, 2012, at Glass­ford Hill Moun­tains ten miles away to the west around 6:15 PM. I saw a cylin­dri­cal shape object with a bump in the mid­dle. I called my brother to look, and he saw it too. The object appeared from my per­spec­tive to be mov­ing down­ward, at an angle, until it dis­ap­peared from view behind the moun­tain. It was dark in color, and no lights were vis­i­ble on it. Cal­i­for­nia For­ma­tion of Lights

OROVILLE – On Feb­ru­ary 13, 2012, I took really good footage at 6 PM  It was quite scary to be hon­est, but I have debunked all other pos­si­ble things those craft could have been and they are def­i­nitely UFOs fly­ing around, dis­ap­pear­ing, being bright, then tiny and red, land­ing, form­ing lines and blink­ing occa­sion­ally. Delaware Pos­si­ble Close Encounter

BEAR – My friend and I were return­ing from a date trav­el­ing north on Bear-Christiana Road in the sum­mer of 1981 As I looked ahead, I noticed search lights over the Depart­ment of Trans­porta­tion vehi­cle yard about 350 meters away. Kim­berly asked me what I thought the lights were and. I responded that it looked like a police heli­copter search­ing for some­thing. When we were 50 meters away, I pulled off the road but there was no sound. I asked Kim­berly if she could see any­thing. She was vis­i­bly shaken and replied, “I want to leave, please let’s go.

I got out of the car and looked up at the search lights that were emit­ting three dis­tinct lights shin­ing down and mov­ing slowly in a cir­cu­lar motion. All three lights were fan­ning out in con­i­cal fash­ion light­ing up the yard vehi­cles. I noticed that the tops of the trees were sway­ing as if in a wind. I saw only lights and dark neon blue light 30 feet long and a foot high. It was sud­denly chased away by a dark red­line. Then the search lights began to move away to the west slowly. Florida Mas­sive Object

HOMESTEAD – On Feb­ru­ary 16, 2012, Thurs­day at 4:40 AM, I observed through my secu­rity cam­era sys­tem a mas­sive star-like object that descended from a 45 degree angle in the night sky. As it did it divided itself into eight other smaller oval shaped star-like objects glow­ing with the same inten­sity and pul­sat­ing as they descended so low due east that were no longer in my secu­rity cam­era sys­tem line of sight.

I have been in the mil­i­tary and in the civil­ian law enforce­ment for over 10 years com­bined and I have never seen a drop of flares that would per­form as these lights did. If it was a night-op from the nearby Air Force Base per­form­ing a drop on some exper­i­men­tal flares, can any­one inform of such event?

MARCO ISLAND – The wit­ness called right after he expe­ri­enced his sight­ing on Feb­ru­ary 14, 2011. He was very excited said that a black tri­an­gu­lar object flew low over his home as light col­ored sparks fell from the object. He said that he took pho­tos and promised to send them. As of yet no pho­tos have been received.

As oddly as it sounds, I had the strongest urge to go out­side around 7 PM and made a reg­u­lar scan of the sky. I imme­di­ately noticed sev­eral extremely crisp elec­tric big lights so I told my kids to come out and look at it with me. We grabbed cam­eras and could only pick up round balls that twisted, turned, and zigzagged in very quick motions in all direc­tions. So I kept film­ing and describ­ing each thing I was look­ing at. My girls were in amaze­ment. There was some­thing that was extremely dense, directly under Orion. At some points you could clearly see tri­an­gles that were very solid objects. MARATHON – Walk­ing enjoy­ing a clear sky on Feb­ru­ary 19, 2012, I saw an ember (yel­low, orange — glow­ing) in the sky. Thought it was a meteor but it wasn’t. Then thought per­haps it was a small plane on fire so we watched. As it came closer it was def­i­nitely not a plane — no noise, plus it hov­ered over us for about 30 sec­onds then sped up in a direct north­ern path. My other two friends had walked fur­ther down the street and talked to a lady walk­ing a dog—she had also seen it. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Geor­gia Chase

JESUP – On Feb­ru­ary 7, 2012 my son and I heard jets from inside our home around 2:00 PM. We are 20 miles from Ft. Stew­art mil­i­tary base and assumed the loud and unusu­ally low jets were from there. My son and I went out­side to see the jets and observed them fly­ing in a cir­cu­lar pat­tern within three miles of our home. We con­tin­ued to watch them for an hour and sev­en­teen min­utes. We took pic­tures and didn¡¯t real­ize until later I had cap­tured an object near the jet. It is blurry com­pared to the F-16 but def­i­nitely there.

Illi­nois Orange Light

JOLIET – On Feb­ru­ary 14, 2012, while com­ing home I saw a very bright orange light in the sky. I pulled into dri­ve­way and took pic­ture with my iPhone. There were no blink­ing strobes like an air­craft would have and no sound as it flew over my house, I ran inside to the back deck but could no longer observe. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Indi­ana Sightings

BLANFORD – Richard Bondira writes, ¡°Since Jan­u­ary 6, 2012, the UFOs have been in the night sky and I have taken many pho­tos. I have done more film­ing and have some very inter­est­ing footage. I told some friends about the UFOS who went out and also saw them over Clin­ton and Plain­field, Indiana.

Last night, I was talk­ing by phone with a friend in South Dakota and I told him to go out­side with binoc­u­lars and look around. He came back and told me there was one UFO that he could see. What he described matched what I’ve been see­ing in Blan­ford. While he was watch­ing the one in South Dakota I went out and saw sev­eral at the same time. One was directly over my house, but, rather high up. Look for human like shapes around the UFOs. Every clear night they are here. Thanks to Richard Bondira

Ken­tucky Red Lights

CAMPBELLSVILLE – At 4:30 AM, on Feb­ru­ary 2, 2012, I let my dog out­side saw four or five solid red lights in a row with a flash­ing white light on the rear. It was trav­el­ing faster than I have ever seen an air­plane travel over my house and appeared a lot closer. It was trav­el­ing from the north­west to the south­east. I watched it until it was no longer vis­i­ble. a. I printed a copy of the radar image and the flight num­ber of the clos­est air­craft. The weather was 33 degrees F. with clear skies. Mass­a­chu­setts Triangle

EAST HAMPTON– is a few miles from a C-5A base in Chicopee/Westover Air Base. We do see the same craft and when it is at an angle it is hard to iden­tify. They are stealth bombers and once in a while they stop at the base, but to see them seem­ingly hang in the sky is awe­some. Those land­ing lights are the bright­est on any craft and it is majes­tic to see them turn, like they are stand­ing still. I feel con­fi­dent that is what this wit­ness saw.

The only ques­tion I have is did we make a dummy that was filled with gas to float about, or do we have more than one kind of stealth bomber that was devel­oped? One that was built with dream­land tech­nol­ogy to float over­head and then zoom off silently. I always wanted an answer to that ques­tion? Thanks to Zeus.

Mis­sis­sippi Cigar

MARSHALL COUNTY – A woman is the fifth East­ern U.S. wit­ness over the last three-days to report a cigar-shaped object fly­ing right above the trees about 9:45 PM, on Jan­u­ary 14, 2012. The woman was watch­ing the sky as her hus­band drove and two chil­dren were asleep in the back seat. “Sud­denly a large white/grayish, cigar-disc shaped object with win­dows appeared right above the trees,” the wit­ness stated. “It was as big as an air­plane and was very close as if it was head­ing for our car, fly­ing right above the trees.” The woman’s hus­band did not get a good view of the object while he was dri­ving stat­ing, “It was mov­ing so fast I only caught the tail end of some­thing bright and white.

New Jer­sey Tri­an­gle Crosses Moon

WALL – On Feb­ru­ary 3, 2012, I looked up and noticed the moon behind the clouds with a giant punc­ture hole through the clouds per­fectly shaped as a tri­an­gle. Soon after there was another hole made in the clouds about the same size with no defined shape. My opin­ion is that some­thing either trav­eled up or down through the clouds leav­ing a defined shape. The only light vis­i­ble through the clouds was the light of the moon, except when I looked through the tri­an­gle, I could see the stars clearly. I saw this for 15 min­utes as the clouds went by slowly and the tri­an­gle main­tained its shape through­out the sighting.

ATLANTIC COUNTY – I was stand­ing in a park­ing lot on Feb­ru­ary 6, 2012, as the sun set. When I looked up I noticed three dis­tinct lights mov­ing in a tri­an­gu­lar pat­tern at a con­stant speed. I pointed and said to my three friends, “Dude, what is that?!¡± They looked but none of them saw it. The object was about 700 feet above me.

My first thought it was a craft with reg­u­lar wings with a set of small wings on the nose. I real­ized that it was not this plane. The lights were in a tri­an­gu­lar for­ma­tion and the “craft” between the lights was bar­ley a shade darker than the sky above it like a cloak­ing cam­ou­flage? My friend saw the same thing the night before. We are out­doors­men but both us were scared. It is an extremely large craft that moves silently and in almost com­plete cam­ou­flage. HUNTINGTON STATION –I was at a stop sign on Jan­u­ary 9, 2012, and noticed two sets of images in the sky. They seemed strange and unlike jets. I grabbed my Black­berry and took a photo. Six weeks later, I trans­ferred my pho­tos to my PC and opened up the images, I noticed that there were two uniden­ti­fied objects that I didn¡¯t see at the time I took the photo.

Penn­syl­va­nia Orange Light

RED LION – My buddy and I were stand­ing around a fire at 1:30 AM, on Jan­u­ary 7, 2012, enjoy­ing the beau­ti­ful weather. I looked over to the west and seen an aspirin sized yellow/orange col­ored object low in the sky. I got out my smart phone and opened up the Google Sky map app to see if it was a ris­ing planet or some­thing. Accord­ing to the Sky map app there wasn¡¯t any­thing there but a few minor stars. I got my binoc­u­lars and saw a beau­ti­ful pale white color. Inside of the glow was a per­fectly round sphere with a pat­terned or tex­tured sur­face. After hov­er­ing about six min­utes the object slowly descended below the trees. NOTE: The image is a rendering.

NEW GALILEE ¨C I– was tak­ing pic­tures of clouds near sunset–facing south­west on June 20, 2009. I was unsure of shape/size of object until I enlarged on my PC. The object appears to be a domed saucer shape when slightly enlarged. The left side is either enter­ing or exit­ing the cloud. A sec­ond pic­ture was taken directly after and the UFO is gone.

Wash­ing­ton Disc

EATONVILLE – On Feb­ru­ary 8, 2012, she was out for a rou­tine walk and heard a strange sound; louder than the sound com­ing from her head­phones at 9:30 PM… Her three dogs also became alarmed and they all imme­di­ately looked up and saw an object shaped like an air fil­ter pass directly over­head rotat­ing and fly towards the west in the direc­tion of McChord Air Force Base and Ft. Lewis.

She was famil­iar with the mil­i­tary air­craft that fre­quently pass over her house and this was much dif­fer­ent. She felt that she had some mem­ory loss because she thought that she called her father (in Texas) at 9:30 PM, but her father stated that it was 11:30 PM her time. She added that the air fil­ter type object had an amber ¡°liq­uid light¡± in the mid­dle. She could see through this light. The object was about the size of a ¡°bread plate¡± held at arm¡¯s length.

VANCOUVER – I just got on High­way 14 out­side of down­town at about 10:45 PM, on Feb­ru­ary 10, 2012, and I just north of Mount Hood an orange glow­ing orb which at the time looked like a comet with an a arced tail. I turned into Beaches Restau­rant and ran out to the path on the Colum­bia River. Two min­utes later when I saw it again I could now only see the bot­tom third of the orb as it was rapidly ascend­ing into the sky. From that point it was only 30 sec­onds before the whole thing dis­ap­peared. I was able to snap two pic­tures of the orb that are a semi circle.

OURINHOS – I was in the garage of my house on Feb­ru­ary 2, 2012, when I saw the first object that had a spher­i­cal shape with a red­dish blue opaque color at 9:10 PM. At first thought it was a satel­lite, but it jumped up with speed and dis­ap­peared. The sec­ond UFO had a strong and intense glare with dark cen­ter and it caught my atten­tion because of its tra­jec­tory. It moved slowly, stopped, turned, and fol­lowed a lit­tle later on. It stopped again and dis­ap­peared in the dis­tant trees.

Canada Fire­ball

WINNIPEG – My uncle and I are report­ing a red fire­ball with no tail at 8:59 PM, trav­el­ing east north­east over down­town on Feb­ru­ary 5, 2012. This object showed no signs of a man made oper­ated craft as it had no flash­ing lights. A jumbo jet was trav­el­ing north­west at the same time at a lower alti­tude. The Object was mov­ing 20 times faster than a jet. Within one and a half min­utes it faded away.

TORONTO – On Feb­ru­ary 14, 2012, near 3 PM there was a very loud sound over my work, so I ran out­side to watch a very loud all orange large heli­copter come out of the clouds just a cou­ple of hun­dred yards from where I stood. It hooked over behind my work­place as if to land. I have no idea in rea­son­ing by its maneu­vers and very low attitude.

France Lights

PARIS — It was near Christ­mas last year, on Decem­ber 21, 2011, my last night in Paris. I was invited by a girl­friend to an artist’s party at the Palais de Tokyo. I saw through the bal­cony win­dow the Eif­fel Tower¡¯s flash­ing lights show and took a photo with my Black­berry. I did not notice these seven lights to the right of my photo until my Greek friend con­tacted me the day after say­ing the pho­tos were sig­nif­i­cant due to the Mayan Cal­en­dar, they were here to check up on us. Greece Tri­an­gle

THESSALIAN VALLEY — I was in the Thes­salian Val­ley at about 5 AM, on Sep­tem­ber 12, 2002, when I saw a light mov­ing and glow­ing in the sky. Ini­tially I thought that it was an air­plane from the nearby mil­i­tary base at Lar­isa, but I could not hear an engine sound. As the object approached I saw a black tri­an­gu­lar fly­ing object. There was only one light in the belly of the object, mov­ing in a cir­cu­lar motion. I saw many of these kinds of objects for about an hour. It was a very strong expe­ri­ence. Mex­ico Sphere

PUERTO ESCONDIDO — A sphere, chang­ing from orange to white, passed over my home at around 7:35 PM, on Feb­ru­ary 9, 2012. There was no sound, but it was trav­el­ing at an extra­or­di­nary alti­tude. I’ve looked for, and have seen low-orbit satel­lites here, but the speed and alti­tude were not the same. It trav­eled from E to W, and appeared to leave Earth’s space as it passed over the ocean.

UK/England Cigar Shape Goes Past Eight Times.

LEVEN — My friend and I were out on our scoot­ers on Feb­ru­ary 4, 2012, and in the mid­dle of a trick we saw some­thing going very fast in the sky. It was very quick but it went past about eight times. We saw a very quick cigar shape go past 8 times in three minutes.

Most of my read­ers have been for­tu­nate to see extrater­res­trial craft and have been blessed to see our vis­i­tors. I have seen most of the world, and Super Bowls and World Series, but the most spec­tac­u­lar was see­ing extrater­res­trial craft. You are very spe­cial to have observed objects out of this world. Chi­nese Pyra­mids Built by Blue Eyed Blondes?

Last week we showed some huge Chi­nese pyra­mids over ten thou­sand years old allegedly built by blue eyed blondes accord­ing to Chi­nese sacred writ­ings. The vis­i­tors built hun­dreds of pyra­mids appar­ently as land­ing bases. These huge mon­u­ments are real­is­tic proof of extrater­res­trial visitors.

Sim­i­lar pyra­mids have been found in Mex­ico and Peru. The pyra­mids pos­sess advanced tech­nol­ogy that could move and carve large stones. A sim­i­lar race can be found in Egypt who were the pharaohs and priests in ancient times. I sug­gest that as many ancient writ­ings claim our ances­tors came from space.

“Fran­cis Crick, the dis­cov­erer of DNA, although an athe­ist pub­lished his book, “Life Itself” which sub­scribed to the the­ory of intel­li­gent design, that our uni­verse was not sim­ply the result of a series of chem­i­cal acci­dents. Pri­mor­dial life was shipped to Earth in some sort of spaceships.

He states, “Life did not evolve first on Earth; a highly advanced civ­i­liza­tion became threat­ened so they devised a way to pass on their exis­tence. They genetically-modified their DNA and sent it out from their planet on bac­te­ria or mete­orites with the hope that it would col­lide with another planet. It did, and that’s why we’re here.” Our DNA was encoded with mes­sages from that other civ­i­liza­tion. They pro­grammed the mol­e­cules so that when we reached a cer­tain level of intel­li­gence, we would be able to access their infor­ma­tion, and they could there­fore “teach” us about our­selves, and how to progress. It  pos­si­ble aliens trav­eled from another planet to Earth. For instance, the largest human chro­mo­some, chro­mo­some num­ber 1, is approx­i­mately 220 mil­lion base pairs long. Math­e­mat­i­cally human DNA is too com­pli­cated to be an accident.

In my opin­ion, the his­tory of the human race is built on a series of assump­tions and lit­tle real evi­dence ignor­ing the strong evi­dence for vis­i­tors. The sci­en­tific study of ancient humans is known as Pale­oan­thro­polgy. Lee R. Burger is Direc­tor of Pale­oan­thro­polgy Unit for Research and Explo­ration at the Uni­ver­sity of Wit­wa­ter­srand in South Africa. In his excel­lent book, “In the Foot­steps of Eve” he states, “The fos­sil evi­dence for mod­ern human ori­gins in the crit­i­cal time period between 100,000 and 200,000 years ago is, like archaics, frus­trat­ingly rare. In fact, the entire fos­sil evi­dence of anatom­i­cally modern-looking humans from around the world, and over 60,000 years, wouldn’t fill a card table. The endur­ing mys­tery of human ori­gins is why one mem­ber of this pri­mate fam­ily evolved into the dom­i­nant species on Earth that are humans today? Nevertheless, the fos­sil evi­dence that does exist points to an African ori­gin for mod­ern humans.” Page 296

We are alleged to be related to apes, but ape brains are rarely larger than 600 cc and humans range from 1000 to 2000 cc. So we are to believe apes who still have 600 cc brains through muta­tions more than dou­bled their brain size, and started walk­ing upright, and devel­oped com­mu­ni­ca­tion. Pale­on­tol­o­gists do not like to men­tion that in the South African mines strange arti­facts indi­cat­ing ancient tech­nol­ogy are fre­quently found such as the Lon­don arti­fact. A prim­i­tive Nean­derthal hominid was found with the finest iron object whose pure­ness has never been matched even today.

Dan­ish researchers have con­cluded that all blue-eyed peo­ple share a com­mon ances­tor, pre­sum­ably some­one who lived 6,000 to 10,000 years ago. Blue eyes are a reces­sive gene to some extent. The genet­ics of eye color are com­pli­cated, and color is deter­mined by mul­ti­ple genes. So a muta­tion is unlikely the cause. There are blue eyed peo­ple in Asia and par­tic­u­larly Europe.

Assum­ing the first blue-eyed humans were among the proto-Indo-Europeans who sub­se­quently spread agri­cul­ture into west­ern Europe and later rode horses into Iran and India.
In humans, dark hair is a dom­i­nant trait; if one par­ent con­tributes agene for dark hair and the other con­tributes a gene for light hair, the child will have dark hair.

Arti­fi­cial Struc­ture Found on Mars Correction

George J. Haas wrote, “Although I have been a long time fan of  Filer’s Files and really appre­ci­ate the enthu­si­as­tic report of our accep­tance in the JSE — its cov­er­age in Filer’s File #47 has many fac­tual errors that need to be corrected. “

 I would like to have the report revised.

The author of the report states that the Jour­nal of Sci­en­tific Explo­ration (JSE) has announced that an arti­fi­cial struc­tures was found on Mars. This is not cor­rect. The JSE did not make any such state­ment. The JSE never announces any­thing. It was The Cydo­nia Insti­tute that made an announce­ment - that our sci­ence paper was released. Although the JSE has pub­lished the paper it does not nec­es­sar­ily mean that they endorse our find­ings. Also the “sci­en­tific com­mu­nity” does not endorse the find­ings of the sci­ence paper. The truth is - the sci­ence paper is only sup­ported by the 7 authors of the paper and a set of con­sult­ing geol­o­gists and vet­eri­nar­i­ans that sup­ported the sci­ence paper dur­ing its review and evolution.

 The next prob­lem with the report is the accom­pa­ny­ing photo. The image used in the report is not of the avian for­ma­tion dis­cussed in the JSE. This image that is posted is of a par­rot head that is located in north­ern Cydo­nia. The avian for­ma­tion in the JSE sci­ence paper is not in Cydo­nia — it is found in the Argyre Basin region of Mars.

 Attached is an image of the par­rot geo­glyph (pro­vided by The Cydo­nia Insti­tute) that is dis­cussed in the JSE and in an effort to resolve the inac­cu­ra­cies in the orig­i­nal Filer’s File report — I have pro­vided a sug­ges­tive text for your revised report.

JSR should be con­grat­u­lated for pub­lish­ing this impor­tant arti­cle. I sup­port the con­cept that this is not a nat­ural formation.
