BLACKPOOL — Wit­ness responds.….The photo was taken from the cen­tral pier, off the main prom­e­nade on Novem­ber 5, 2009. I was tak­ing pho­tographs for stock pho­tog­ra­phy web sites of Black­pool Illu­mi­na­tions tower at 7:45 PM. When I was check­ing through the pho­tos I noticed what I thought was light contamination.

This was not the case. I there­fore checked for other causes that it could have been to pro­duce this effect but all prob­a­ble causes were neg­a­tive. I now believe it to be a UFO. When I checked on other web sites, I found this was not the only sight­ing on that night but it is the only photograph.
