Over 300 Exoplanets Have Been Found

Over 300 exoplanets have now been found and astronomers estimate billions of Earths exist in the Universe. An international team of astronomers working from the European Southern Observatory in La Silla, Chile, have discovered a trio of low-mass planets orbiting a single star 42 light years away. Ranging in size from 4.2 to 9.4 Earth masses, the three are among the lowest mass planets yet discovered, and belong to a class known informally as “Super-Earths” � more massive than Earth but less than Uranus and Neptune. While the planets are scorching hot and unlikely to support life, their unexpected discovery around a star thought to possess no planets is intriguing. “Does every single star harbor planets and, if yes, how many?” wonders veteran planet hunter Michel Mayor of the Geneva Observatory, who led the team that discovered the first exoplanet over a decade ago. “We may not yet know the answer but we are making huge progress towards it.”

First Views of Exoplanets

Do you see it? That tiny spark, that wee blip of light? It may not look like much, but it is in fact a normal planet orbiting a normal star, 250 trillion kilometers from Earth.

Discover Magazine reports, “Exoplanets have been found orbiting Fomalhaut, a star easily visible to the unaided eye; it�s the brightest star in the constellation of Piscis Austrinus, the 18th brightest in the sky, and only 25 light years away.” It�s literally millions of times brighter than the planet, so the Hubble camera uses an occulting bar, a small piece of metal that blocks the brightest part of the star�s image. The blacked-out area in the center of the picture is where Fomalhaut is. The planet itself is just that small dot, almost lost in the noise from the star and the light from the ring. Images taken almost two years apart show that the planet is moving with the star, and is consistent with it orbiting Fomalhaut at a distance of about 11 billion miles. The planet is unnamed, and is simply called Fomalhaut b. The image below shows two planets near HR 8799.

That image is the first to directly show two planets orbiting another star! It�s a near-infrared image using the giant Gemini North 8 meter telescope. Like in the Hubble image, the star�s light has been blocked +, allowing the two planets to be seen (labeled b and c). The star is called HR 8799 and 1.5 times as massive as our Sun, and lies about 130 light years from Earth. A third planet, not seen in this image but discovered later using the Keck 10 meter telescope, orbits the star. So there it is. The first ever family portrait of a planetary system. Editor�s Note: When I chased a giant UFO over England while flying for the US Air Force, I realized everything in our world is related to the visitor�s constant surveillance and intervention. Mars Lander Stops Communicating

The latest posts from the Phoenix Mars Lander which NASA announced yesterday had stopped communicating because of a lack of sunlight that’s needed to power the batteries that run the Lander’s instruments. The Lander’s last messages stated, “If you are reading this, then my mission is probably over,” the Gizmodo post noted. “This final entry is one that I asked be posted after my mission team announces they’ve lost contact with me. Today is that day and I must say goodbye, but I do it in triumph and not in grief.” Thanks to NASA.

Space Based Infrared System Highly Elliptical Orbit–HEO-1

LOS ANGELES AIR FORCE BASE – The Air Force announced today operational acceptance of the Space Based Infrared System Highly Elliptical Orbit–HEO-1– payload and associated ground system into operational service. SMC’s Space Based Infrared Systems Wing Commander, Col. Roger Teague, noted, “This is a great moment for the SBIRS Program. Achievement of this milestone represents many years of hard work by space operators, acquirers and testers alike. The SBIRS Wing is proud to deliver this important capability to the nation.”

The system has successfully completed trial period operations where, for the first time, live HEO data was injected into the warfighters operational networks providing critical warning and intelligence information. USSTRATCOM certification of the HEO-1 payload and ground processing elements is expected later this year. SMC Commander, Lt. Gen. Tom Sheridan, marked the event, “Today’s achievement heralds a new era in our space-based infrared capabilities and advances our joint warfighters’ battle space awareness. Bringing this exciting capability online would not have been possible without the superior dedication and synergistic efforts of our Government/Industry team.”

The HEO sensor provides an unprecedented infrared view of the battlefield that represents the first steps in an evolving battlespace awareness capability while also providing real-time data on missiles, aircraft and other events.

Gen. C. Robert Kehler, commander of Air Force Space Command, approved the operational acceptance of the SBIRS HEO-1 and stated, “This declaration provides us with an improved space-based sensor and ground system supporting missile warning, missile defense, battlespace awareness and technical intelligence. This is another key step in exploiting the enhanced capabilities of SBIRS HEO in support of warfighting operations.”

Radars and satellites are picking up UFOs

Joe Stefula reports, “Our Defense Support Program (DSP) satellites track the launch of various missiles using various types of sensors but chiefly with Infrared sensors. Air Force Space Command-operated DSP satellites are a key part of North America’s early warning systems. In their 22,300 mile geosynchronous orbits, DSP satellites help protect the United States and its allies by detecting missile launches, space launches and nuclear detonations. In addition to the missiles the sensors also are able to pick up unidentified flying objects that are entering and leaving our atmosphere called Fastwalkers.” A couple UFOs coming in from space are picked each month. Several hundred Fastwalkers are picked up world wide each month. The new SBIRS HEO-1 should be able to track many more Fastwalkers. DSP satellites use an infrared sensor to detect heat from missile and booster plumes against the earth’s background. Technological advancements were made to ground processing systems, enhancing detection capability of smaller missiles to provide improved warning of attack by short-range missles against U.S. and allied forces overseas.

Slower anomalous objects are referred to has Slowwalkers. The DSP satellite system once composed of 18 units in deep space orbit picks up UFO intruders or “Fastwalkers” several times a week. Insiders report there is a great deal of excitement as the UFOs sometimes trigger the early warning system. Often they are referred to as Uncorrelated Targets indicating they are not in the data base for objects in space. The Individual Target Event Database which is unclassified should be made available to MUFON and the Filer Research Institute so we can correlate ground based and aircraft sightings with satellite data.

Dropa Stones Indicate Ancient Astronauts

HIMALAYAN MOUNTAINS — Chi Pu Tei, a professor of archaeology at Beijing University, was leading some of his students on an expedition to survey a series of interlinking caves in the Baian- Kara-Ula mountains on the border that divides China and Tibet in 1938. They discovered artificially carved caves, that included a complex system of tunnels and underground storerooms some caves that had been occupied by a primitive people long ago. The walls were squared and glazed, as if cut into the mountain with a source of extreme heat.

Inside the caves were several ancient, but neatly arranged burial sites, and in them the skeletal remains of a strange people. The skeletons, measuring a little more than four feet tall, were frail and spindly with disproportionately large skulls. Discoveries made in the caves all but ruled out the idea that these were apes. On the walls were carved pictograms of the heavens: the sun, the moon, the stars, and the Earth with lines of dots connecting them. Half-buried in the dirt floor of the cave was an odd stone disk, obviously fashioned by the hand of an intelligent creature. The disk was nine inches in diameter and three-quarters of an inch thick. In the exact center was a perfectly round, 3/4″ hole, and etched in its face was a fine groove spiraling out from the center to the rim, like a primitive DVD. These Dropa Stones are dated to be about 12,000 years old and 716 such plates were found. In the groove in the stones was a continuous line of strange carved hieroglyphics - writing! The microscopic characters were in a language never encountered before

The tiny, almost. It wasn’t that another Chinese scientist was able to decode the message of the stone plates - a message so incredible and earth-shattering that the Prehistory Department of the Beijing Academy prohibited its translation to be published. Eventually, the message was published, and what is says will astound you.

In 1962, Dr. Tsum Um Nui decided to attempt to decipher the hieroglyphics on the disk. He discerned that the messages on the stones were written by a people who called themselves the Dropa, almost 12,000 ago and presented it to the university for publication but he was not allowed to publish his findings.

Two years later, Dr. Tsum Um Nui’s findings were released in a paper entitled, “The Grooved Script Concerning Spaceships Which, as Recorded on the Discs, Landed on Earth 12,000 Years Ago.” The disks tell the story of a spacecraft from a distant planet that crash-landed in the Himalayas and its occupants called Dropas found refuge in the caves. “The Dropa were unable to repair their disabled spacecraft and could not return to their home planet, and so were stranded on Earth. Despite their peaceful intentions, the Dropas were misunderstood by members of the Ham tribe who were occupying neighboring caves and who hunted down the aliens and even killed some. Today, the isolated area is inhabited by two tribes of people who, in fact, call themselves the Dropa and the Han. Anthropologists have been unable to categorize either tribe into any other known race; they are neither Chinese nor Tibetan. Both tribes are of pygmy stature, adults measuring between 3-foot-6 and 4-foot-7 with an average height of 4-foot-2, and body weights of 38 to 52 pounds. They are yellow-skinned with thin bodies and disproportionately large heads, corresponding to the skeletal remains found in the caves in 1938. They have sparse hair on their bodies and have large eyes that are not Asian in aspect, but have pale blue irises.

In 1968, the Dropa stones came to the attention of W. Saitsew, a Russian scientist who conducted tests on the disks that revealed the granite stones contained high concentrations of cobalt and other metals - a very hard stone indeed that would have made it difficult for the primitive people to carve the lettering, especially with such minute characters. When testing a disk with an oscillograph, a surprising oscillation rhythm was recorded as if, the scientists said, they had once been electrically charged or had functioned as electrical conductors. Arizona - HD Video

LEWISVILLE – My wife looked out the kitchen window and said, “Oh, look! There is a UFO in the sky!” they might be balloons again. There were three bright white shimmering objects straight south. They were in the shape of a triangle with the top center one the brightest and almost appeared to be two overlapping. I would compare it to the brightest planet such as Venus and three times larger in the sky. The lower left was very bright but not as big. The lower right one was half as bright as the left one and a little closer to the top one.

I told my wife to keep watching while I got my Canon XH-A1 Hi-Definition video camera set at 1080i 60i fps and set it to full auto mode. I steadied myself against the patio support post. The camera has a 20x optical zoom and would need to be as steady as possible on full zoom. I did have to turn on one stop on the ND filter plus.

As I filmed, I noticed that there was a fourth object to the lower right of the other three and they seemed to remain in a fixed position in the sky. I noted that all high altitude jet aircraft that day were leaving very heavy vapor trails, these had none. As my wife returned with the tripod the objects started to fade in and out and the camera started to have problems staying in focus lock. The objects instantly disappeared. I had a total of 46 seconds of actual video of the objects. I downloaded the video into my computer and could see that my camera took a little longer than normal to focus lock on the objects when I zoomed in. Once it did I could see they had more of a white cigar shape with a faint blurry smear to the left of each. I have been a photographer and videographer for over 20 years. Thanks to MUFON CMS

California - Multiple UFOs and Power Outage

SANTA ANA — My mother-in-law came in and asked to show me something outside and pointed at two objects flying way up in the sky one after the other. I was able to see them and ran back to get my Canon 5D camera and switched lenses to a 70 to 200 mm zoom to attempt to get a shot of them. I used the automatic settings on the camera to insure. Once back outside I did see them for a second time and proceeded to take a few photographs of each object. The first photograph was taken at 5:47 AM. Neighbors saw me run outside with my camera and decided to follow. They also saw the objects. We live on Main Street and were facing due north looking up at about 60 degrees. The two objects flew west across the sky until they disappeared. They each passed behind a cloud and came back into view before disappearing. Florida - Small Disc on Live Web Cam

ST. PETERSBURG BEACH – While on my computer, I saw a several seconds long video loop from the live web cam at Tradewinds Resort on October 7, 2008. At 11:11 AM a small disc shaped object popped out of the clouds and rapidly shot down toward the Gulf of Mexico, and emitted steam before striking the water. Hawaii - Army Blackhawk Chases UFO

HONOLULU – On October 19, 2008, I was driving my wife home on my moped and we stopped at a stop light at 9:15 PM, and heard a Black Hawk helicopter flying over head so I looked up to see it chasing a ball of light. I am a ten year veteran of the U.S. Army and I am air assault qualified so I know what I am looking at. What I saw was a US Army Blackhawk that flew in a pattern that no aircraft could fly in at speeds that no other craft could match. Sometimes it would go fast, then it would slow down so the copter could get closer, then it would shoot out again. Later that night I heard jet engines flying over Honolulu for about two hours. KAILUA, ISLAND of OAHU � This photo is of my old girlfriend’s house in Kailua taken in early February 2008. Directly below the UFO is Bellows Missile Base. It is disguised as an abandoned air strip, but my dad worked construction on the silos in the 60�s. One photo of the UFO was taken before it shot straight up at supersonic speed.

Comments: I am not sure of the identity of the object in the photo. It appears to be a weather balloon (you can see a protrusion on the bottom of the object resembling a tether). However, the witness stated that the object shot straight up at supersonic speed right after the photo was taken. Assuming that his description is accurate this would not be a weather balloon. Bellows Missile Base is supposed to have been deactivated. The exact date of the deactivation is not known. The base is immediately to the south of Kailua. Illinois - Silver Football Shaped Object

CARY — Looking out a large window at my friend�s house on October 19, 2008, I saw of jets approach O�Hare Airport at 4 PM. I was watching a jet when I saw a silver football shaped object appear. New Jersey Huge Circular Lights

TRENTON — This has been spotted on a regular basis by a number of people on a weekly basis then on November 18, 2008, today I have witnessed this myself with another person. We saw a medium to fast moving object with totally no sound, with pulsating red , blue and yellow lights. It is most often spotted around Atlantic Country around 9 PM till Midnight , Today have witnessed it at 10:49-10:59 , yet again moving NNW at a considerable speed , The normal military flight patterns for the area do not match and tend to be very loud. New York - Disc Shaped Object Stationary

CORNWALL – I was driving along a two lane residential road just after 8:00 AM, on October 18, 2008, when I looked through the tree line and saw an object that looks out of place through the trees. I took a second look and caught a clear look through the woods. I had an instantaneous feeling of fright consume my body. I immediately slowed down to try and get a better look, but another car was coming up behind me and I felt obligated to move along.

I hoped to drive along another 100 feet or so and be able to pull over and see through the trees, but when that opportunity came, I could not find the object. The area in which the object was about 400-500 feet off the ground….well below the two “mountain” tops which it was flying between. This was not a plane or helicopter. I think some other people may have seen this…because I noticed an unusually high number of skid marks. Later that day, I only saw a metallic disc-shaped object, and probably 20 feet long. MINOT – On October 19, 2008, after 1 AM, I was standing with a friend outside a meeting house when she noticed something, then I saw a flying triangle with a tail. The object had six lights and was triangular in shape with a tail, and was moving north and then just hovered. I am a member of the military and observed it with binoculars. It was It was pretty far up, but differed from the surrounding stars. The object arrayed its lights as blurred, while the stars surrounding were bright and cleared. South Carolina — Five Blinking Lights

GOOSE CREEK - On October 30, 2008 in Berkeley County, I was in my back yard and saw five blinking lights over the tree line about 10 PM. The lights were in a pentagon shape blinking from red, then green, and then white. The pentagon shape of the light was five times bigger than normal airplane landing lights, it moved over the tree line. I don’t know how anybody could have missed seeing the lights. WINCHESTER � On October 15, 2008, my wife and I were home talking on our deck in backyard when I saw a triangular object traveling above our house at 7:18 PM. I pointed this out to my wife and asked, “What in the world is this? It was traveling SE at low altitude and had five large dim lights with each having two smaller lights on the sides. Texas - Three UFOs Split Up

ALLIANCE AIRPORT, FORT WORTH — I along with others saw an object hovering just south of the Alliance Airport during practice runs of the Thunderbirds on October 10, 2008, at 2:45 PM. The object was dull black, about 10 feet by 10 feet. This was in preparation of the Alliance Air show which was to start the following day. The jets flew right past it without incident. The following day I asked a crew chief of an F-16, if he saw the object, and he said he did. He didn’t know what it was either. It flew slowly across the runway and after ten minutes or so went straight up. I’m wondering if anyone saw the same and have pictures. There were two people with telephone lens cameras. One person zoomed into it and said it was not a balloon.

NORTH RICHLANDS HILLS – My four friends and I were out on November 7, 2008, at 2:38 AM, and saw fires in the sky. We saw three very bright round objects that looked like they were part of one large object swirled towards the earth and split into three different objects. Two zoomed away instantly and one came very close to the earth and seemed to be hovering close. I may be younger than most who post, and did not believe in extraterrestrial beings before I saw these objects. I have never experienced anything so frightful or move so fast. LEWISVILLE – On November 11, 2008 about 9:30 PM, I went to my car and saw an object streak across the sky, grabbed my camera and clicked as fast I could for it was crossing sky so fast. Washington - Two Large Red Flashing Lights

KENNEWICK – I was heading southeast on the freeway about 20 miles from the Oregon border on November 15, 2008, about 7:05 PM, when I noticed two rather large reddish gobs of something that seemed to flash mildly. I thought it might be a rocket launch as the glow slightly quivered and got smaller and faded away in a blur while heading east. It was so freaky! I pulled off the freeway at a park facing east. These red orbs quivered much like the rocket I had seen and winked out occasionally. The orb on the upper left dropped some pieces like a falling star would drip debris, but it kept on shining in the same spot. Moments later it winked a few times and then got real small like a pin hole and winked out all together. During this time the orb on the lower right stayed steady bright and glowing red. After the first one disappeared it began to wink in and out and reduced to a pinhole and disappeared. This whole event took about 15 minutes.

FLORES, BUENOS AIRES – These photos were taken by “V” an anonymous eyewitness who felt a compulsion to shoot and sent them to Codigo Ovni. The shot was taken from an apartment located behind the church on November 3, 2008, using a digital camera. Many people are claiming a compulsion to shoot as though receiving some form of command to do so. The message ends: “when I looked up to see what was appearing on the digital camera�s screen, it was no longer there. Belgium - Very Fast Yellow Dot

LEUVEN – I went outside for a walk on October 18, 2008, because I couldn’t sleep when some dogs started barking and I saw a very bright yellow dot departing from the horizon at 11.45 PM. I’m not sure if it was departing from the ground. It flew my direction until it was nearly above me and then faded away. This all happened in about four seconds. PELOTAS RS - Jose Carlos Da Silva Nussbaum reports, “Strange Marks in the ground were spotted on the morning of 18 February of 2008, by Ad�o Pedra near his house. Nothing was seen the night before but dogs were barking extremely loud during the night. Three circles were formed in the plantation of rushes near his home. Researchers of the G.P.C.U- Scientific Group of Research Ufol�gicas, Jose Nussbaum and Rita Kings, investigated. The circles were of different sizes measuring 5, 8, and 10 meters of irregular circumference. The rushes were lying in the southwestern direction and kept their original color. Compass readings in the soil pointing northwest, suggest possible electromagnetic interference.

IPUA�U – There were no footprints, no human signs of any kind or tire tracks, as confirmed by the first people who saw the phenomena on Sunday morning, November 9, 2008. CENTRAL FORT ERIE, ONTARIO – On November 10, 2008, I saw a second triangle in a week cruising low over my friend�s house at 10:50 PM. It was gliding over me silently and I called my friend to look. It was moving towards the river and flying fairly low. The craft had three bright white lights with the pulsing red one. This is my second sighting in just over a week and I have been talking and asking people if they have seen strange things? Many other people I talk to have been seeing strange things the past weeks over Fort Erie and always the tell tale bright lights with the pulsing red one. NIAGARA FALLS, ONTARIO – I went out to put the goat away on November 5, 2008 at 6:30 PM, and noticed a large orange looking star and called for my husband to look. He said it looks like a fireball. It was moving very slowly sideways and going towards Welland. I grabbed the telescope and saw five lights, a very bright one in the front and two duller ones on each side which made it appear round saucer like. SACKVILLE, NOVA SCOTIA –While watching TV I noticed a bright light in the sky. Upon investigating I saw a disc shaped object with red lights. My husband came to the window and saw this object hovering in the sky. We both went outside to get a better look and when we got to our front steps the object has vanished. Would you please let me know if any others reported this sighting?

OTTAWA, ONTARIO — I took a picture on November 10, 2008, of a UFO that I have seen in my dreams about 3 or 4 months ago. I took the shot directly over my head facing up at around 9 PM. Skies were overcast at 8,000 Feet.

Comments: The photo was taken with the camera flash on. The photo was taken with a Sony DSC-S730 digital camera. The camera has a maximum resolution of 7.2 mega-pixels. These orbs are likely out of focus objects within the focal range of inability of the camera. The orbs could be snow grains in the air or possibly water droplets on the camera lens. The relative humidity was 87% at the time that the photo was taken. (It had been snowing earlier.) Out of focus objects are further magnified if the camera flash is used. RUSSIA –UFOs

GAIPO LAKE — Mysterious flying objects of all shapes � round, ellipsoid, rectangular and triangular � can often be spotted near Lake Gaipo in the Cordilleras. Locals see them flying into the water of the lake or hanging above the water surface and then disappearing in the sky.

Unlike ufologists, the Quechua Indians living on the shores of Gaipo Lake do not associate such phenomena with extraterrestrial beings. They are certain that witches and wizards assume the similarity of UFOs as they hunt for humans. Legend has it that a beam of light from a luminous object struck an Indian once. The man could not move a finger until the UFO vanished in the air. Another legend tells the story of a woman who was picking brushwood in the forest when she suddenly saw a disk of fire hanging above the lake. The disk was producing enormous heat that the woman could feel although she was standing quite far from the object.

Gaipo is not the only killer lake in the world. A strange incident took place in October 1994 on John D. Long Lake in South Carolina. A young woman named as Susan Smith was convicted of murdering her two little sons. Susan left the boys, 3-year-old Michael and 14-months-old Alexander in her car and let it roll into the lake drowning the boys. Susan was sentenced to life in prison. The tragedy became a huge shock for the local population, and they erected a monument on the pier in memory of the two children. The nightmare repeated again two years later, when a car with seven people inside � three adults and four children � suddenly took off, drove between the monuments to Alex and Michael and fell into the lake. All passengers of the car died in the accident, including another man who jumped into the water in an attempt to rescue at least someone. The stories made the local population believe that the lake had been cursed.

Several dozens of cars drowned in Lake Whitney in Texas. All of the cars with passengers inside rolled into the lake from piers. Divers found some of the cars of the bottom of the lake, although they never found any human remains. Local police officers say that many of those cars could not roll into the water because they were on a parking brake. Ufologists say that two unidentified flying objects landed on the lake during the first half of the 1970s. Is there any connection between UFOs and mysterious deaths? UFO�s are usually attracted to geopathogenic zones. It is not ruled out that the electromagnetic fields of such zones affect man-made objects and humans, which eventually results in tragic accidents. South Africa - Photograph

CAPE TOWN � My husband was coming home from work in early evening a month ago when he took this photograph of a UFO with his D700 cell phone. He was on his way to Bellville in cold rainy weather and strong wind. I think the weather was around 18 degrees when he took this photo of a disc.

On June 25, 2008, I was looking out of my kitchen window on a sunny day of about 23 degrees and spotted six or eight UFOs coming from behind a mountain near Summerset West. Some of them went down into sea and one or two shot up into the clouds at a very high speed. A friend told me not long ago if you go to the Fish Hoek area in the evening when its quiet you can see UFOs coming out and going into the sea. United Arab Emirates - Orange Light

FUJAIRAH – My husband and I were enjoying our weekend break in the JAL Hotel and Spa on October 16, 2008, about 10:30 PM, we had just finished dinner and decided to sit outside when a bright orange light caught my eye traveling west. I don�t know what it was, this was not a areoplane either. This was a single very bright glowing orange light, so we didn’t really have any explanation. UK/England - Sightings

BIRKENHEAD, MERSEYSIDE — I was smoking outside on November 7, 2008, at 8.45 PM, when I saw a bright orange ball that appeared to be going up in the sky. I thought it was a flare, but then I realized it was not going up, it was traveling across the sky over my house. I shouted my wife and she saw it too. As it went over my house it was still a bright orange round shaped object, but it also had a blurry outer orange ring around it. The outer ring was fairly faint. The object was silent and traveled at the speed of a helicopter. We both ran through the house to see the object from the front. It carried on in a straight line then seemed to disappear. OLDFIELD PARK STATION, NEAR BATH – As my partner and I were making our way to the Bath bound platform at Old Field Park, I noticed one orange light below the Moon on October 10, 2008, at 11:15 PM. It was bright orange and too large to be a planet. To give an idea of size, if I were to hold a ruler up at arm�s length I would say it was 2 � 3 mm in size. Also it was too low in the sky, we had good visibility and could make out the stars in contrast which were all above the Moon. I then noticed a second light and my partner a third and in the space of a minute there were five in total, all exactly the same. They were all moving vertically and seemed to be flying in a formation (zig zag).

WORTHING, WEST SUSSEX � On October 13, 2008, at 9 PM, I saw a similar light to the one I saw three nights before but this time it was slightly to more West and an hour earlier. I doubt it is a star, as I had a good and more clear look at it last night. I think it’s an illumined cylinder or long thin cone. I also think it was revolving, slowly, as it looked like a round light (the front end, two lights, (turned slightly) growing to a line. It stayed in the same place again for about 20 minutes. UFO Flies Over President Elect Obama

PUEBLO – We were watching Hardball with Chris Mathews, MSNBC on November 1, 2008 and during Obama’s speech about 4:30 PM, which I think was in Pueblo Colorado a UFO can be seen in the sky moving from the upper right to the mid left side of screen above Obama’s head.

Does God Have an Air Force?

Many people have noticed that UFOs are often seen near various catastrophes and the deaths of people. Recently my brother had a heart attack and fell to the bottom of the stairs. His wife called 911 and he was taken to the hospital where it was diagnosed that he died and departed this Earth. The Doctors worked to revive him. He states, “I watched the entire episode about eight feet above my body and saw a bright light and felt warm and comfortable and the call from above. I do not fear death and look forward to the possibility of a new form of life after this one!”

Another friend was in a severe car accident and is thought to have died. He claims he has gone to heaven and was welcomed by his mother and father, great grandmother, and his friends and relatives. They all appeared as once he knew them with radiant and joyful faces. All were about the same age in the late thirties. One child he recognized who had died about five years old was in his teens. Just as suddenly as he arrived at the gates of heaven, he left. All of this might happen by magic but technology could be involved.

My brother-in-law was dying of cancer and I was there to watch his final hours. I was outside when a very brilliant flash of light was seen that appeared to climb into the sky. Pat his wife came to the door and yelled, “John just passed away.” I told her about the mysterious flash. Christianity promises eternal life for those who believe; could UFOs participate in these promises? What do you think?

Volcanoes Rocked Dark Side of the Moon

Mars - the Force is with us

British and Portuguese researchers may have solved one of the biggest problems facing interplanetary travel — how to get astronauts there and back without deadly solar radiation frying their DNA and setting off a cascade of cancers and related diseases. The answer? A force field to ward off solar particles, generated by a powerful electromagnet onboard a spaceship. “The idea is really like in ‘Star Trek’, when Scotty turns on a shield to protect the starship Enterprise from proton beams,” researcher Bob Bingham of the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory near Oxford, England, told Agence France-Presse. “It’s almost identical, really.”

A recent NASA study had concluded that manned missions to Mars would be impossible, because the lead shielding to protect astronauts during the 18-month return trip would be too heavy to get into orbit.

And in December 2006, a solar flare and the stream of charged particles that followed it caused the crews of the International Space Station and space shuttle Discovery to take cover behind heavy equipment — even though, being in low Earth orbit, the ISS is reasonably well protected by the Earth’s magnetic field. The idea of generating a force field is several decades old, but all previous versions of it had presumed a huge field hundreds of miles across — and the size of the electromagnet needed would make that impossible. Bingham and his colleagues, who bombarded a small generated field with radiation guns, showed the “bubble” could be a lot smaller, just a few hundred yards in diameter. The device still wouldn’t shield the crew from rare, but extremely powerful, interstellar cosmic rays, but Bingham said a dense protective coating applied to a spaceship’s hull would take care of that. British Pop Star Robbie Williams Uses Tattoos to Contact Aliens

The singer has the ancient Egyptian symbol the Eye of Horus - also known as the Udjat which represents the Cosmos and is a symbol protection from evil forces - etched onto the back of his neck. The symbol is also used by the US research organization Enlightened Contact With Extraterrestrial Intelligence (ECTI), who Robbie recently spent time with tracking UFOs.

The pop heartthrob was at Trout Lake in Washington - where the group, set up by Ufologist James Gilliland, is based - trying to film any alien activity and also penned several new Martian-inspired songs. Alien expert Michael C Luckman believes there are definite links between the Egyptians and intergalactic life-forms and says Robbie’s choice of body art is a clear indication he is readying himself for a close encounter of the third kind.

Luckman, the director of the New York Center for Extraterrestrial Research, told BANG Showbiz: “By design, Robbie seems to be preparing himself, body, mind and soul, to take the ultimate journey to space in the very near future.”I believe that Robbie is being drawn to James Gilliland’s 70-acre ranch near Mount Adams, Washington, for what could well be the most significant event in human history - the joining of the civilizations. “When the time is right a number of special protocols will be set into motion to peacefully greet alien visitors to Earth.” Gilliland, who is becoming increasingly close to Robbie, claims he has already been visited by an alien, a “female humanoid being with feline features” which resembled “Sekhmet, a half-human, half-lion female god who is prominent in Egyptian mythology”. Robbie, 34, has become increasingly obsessed with extraterrestrials over the last few years and claims to have had three alien encounters, one of which happened as he was recording the song ‘Arizona’, which is about otherworldly contact. BANFF — Found this while looking through photos taken on trip out West on July 14, 2008. Driving through Rockies on our way to Banff I never noticed it at time. Object is above mountain peak and to the right.

GLENDORA – This photo of a helicopter was shot October 28, 2008, at 11:31 AM, at 1/750 seconds that almost completely stops the helicopter blades. After looking at my pictures on my computer I saw this streak that I had not noticed. I used a Canon digital XT w/ Canon EF 100-300 shot at 300mm. Reader Comments: One of the most common sources of anomalous lights, streaks, etc. in photos is internal reflections in the camera body.

Paul Sharp writes, “Relative to the article California Streak in last week’s Filer’s Files #44.” I have extensive photo experience and have never seen a flare of that shape. In nearly every case a flare is larger than the object responsible for the flare. Usually a very bright reflection off a windshield would have flares or streaks coming from it, this does not. The white body and landing gear do not seem bright enough to produce a flare. Where as it is slightly possible that this is a flare, I think it is very unlikely. I would tend to class this as an unknown. Paul Sharp

Comments: There is a flash that roughly matches the size, shape and orientation of the streak, although internal reflections. Look at the glassed-in cockpit area of the helicopter. SAN DIEGO - I was loading my car with my wife in front of her parent’s house when she said, “Look honey look, what is that?” I looked up to see a low flying disk shaped saucer with a raised area in the middle, maybe for the pilots. It was over a residential area moving right to left towards homes. It had no lights, but it was close enough to see that it did have them. It flew too fast to be a helicopter but too slow to be a jet. It was 125 yards away and made absolutely no sound? It was way too big to be a remote controlled toy. I would guess it was a one man craft that looked like the classic saucer in old movies. It was dark metal gray and 15-20 feet in diameter. It was very close, and very surreal. Connecticut – Cigar

STAFFORD SPRINGS – On October 8, 2008, at 5 AM, a string of four white lights were seen, a third one was blinking white, that flew over 30 feet above me only 20 feet in front of me. My 13 year old daughter took our two dachshunds out to the bathroom at about 8:30 PM and came in about five minutes later to tell me she saw something weird in the trees. They scared her but she watched them and they moved very very slowly to the right. She came in to get me and by the time I got out there, they were gone. Florida - Ball Photo

FORT LAUDERDALE – On November 5,-2008 at 11:22 AM, while shooting pictures for a school project at the beach off Seabreeze Boulevard, I noticed north of us a round, brilliant, gold and white ball moving southeast direction and holding its altitude. I trained my camera at the moving element and zoomed in as much as I could with the normal lens I had on the camera at the time, following the element’s southeast path. In total, I took twenty-two (22) pictures of the UFO’s sighting at 11:23 AM.

This blow up of the image shows this was no weather balloon. It disappeared totally; as it went 100% invisible, right before my camera eye, as shown on file _MG_1687.JPG. Today’s flying ball looked in some aspects very much like one I photographed from the same location on September 15, 2008 and later on reported to several UFO-information-gathering web sites, including MUFON. During that first sighting I was shooting with a different camera that allowed a better close up of the brilliant flying ball, while capturing two more orange-with-transparency flying balls. Bear in mind I didn’t have a telephoto lens on my camera; I was shooting with a wide-to-normal lens (18mm - 55mm). I am MUFON’s Journal Subscriber No. 13121. ORLANDO – Liz writes, “On the evening of June 2, 2008, my boyfriend and I were leaving Cocoa Beach after the shuttle launch 528, I could see a thunder cloud in the distance probably 15 miles away with the moon shining through. Five minutes later, around 10 PM, I could see a very bright light coming towards us like a helicopter shining its spotlight right on us from about 100 feet in the air. When it started going over the highway in front of us the light just went out and there was nothing to see except two tiny red lights and what appeared to be some kind of round, oval, dark shape in the shy where the light had been. I was yelling at my boyfriend to look, but he was driving so he couldn’t see it. As we drove underneath it, I saw that there were actually 3 red dot lights in what looks like some kind of cylinder thing underneath the dark mass. I attached a sketch of what I saw. Thanks to Liz

Illinois - Orange “Ball” of Light

PEORIA – I was driving to Spoon River College for an evening class on November 4, 2008, and spotted a bright light to the left of my car and ahead of me. The half-moon and Venus were very visible but this object was brighter than anything else in the sky. It was flying west and very fast moving. I tried to catch up to it and could not. It had a weird very bright orangish glow, but no flashing lights, and made no sound. I got to the school parking lot and asked a girl from class to look at the object. She just shrugged and said it didn’t look like any conventional aircraft she had seen and said, “Maybe it’s a UFO.” We watched it for about a minute as it faded is a better term from bright orange to very bright amber. NORTHBROOK – A young woman was driving at 40-45 mph along Lake Cook Road, when her car suddenly lurched to the right for no reason that was apparent to her on November 4, 2008, at 9:20 PM. There were no other cars on the road, and she had not seen any pedestrian or animals near the car. She states, “While I was in the middle lane, I felt a nudge on the left of my car which made my car shift to the right. I did not swerve out of the lane and gained control back quickly. I slowed down and as I got my bearings, I realized that my left side mirror was knocked off and so I turned right onto Revere Drive and put on my hazard lights.” I got out of the car and saw that I had several dents on the side of my car. There were two that were deeper and larger than the others; one was located in front of the rear wheel and the other was in the center of the driver door. She called the police and the investigating police officer could not provide an adequate explanation for the damage. He noted that there was no damaged paint or paint scratches, and no animal hair, feathers, or blood, evident on the damaged area of the car. Indiana - Flying Triangle

GARRETT – We saw a triangular shape with an array of lights on September 30, 2008 and on October 1, 2008, between 10 and 11 PM both nights, The craft made no sound even though there were many aircraft in the sky. My wife, daughter, and our neighbors all suspect UFO sightings. With binoculars we saw a domed pyramid shape with an array of colored lights (blue, green, red, white and yellow) both nights. It was mostly stationary with a short jog to the right and then back to the left every once in a while. It would hover in the same spot for half an hour and then disappear over the tree line. Both nights there were 20 to 30 other aircraft in the sky which is very unusual. The aircraft would head in the direction of the suspect UFO and would go above and below it and circle around it. Iowa –Flying Triangle

DES MOINES – This was on October 7, 2008, at 10 PM, I was driving down Interstate 35 at near Merle Hay Road and saw three triangle UFOs. They were red lighted with yellow dots on the corners. They were flying over my car and drifted along the area. The ghost ships all drifted to the east over the Holiday Inn in the area and flew under a cloud. Kentucky - Disk

LOUISVILLE — A few minutes after 10 PM, on Tuesday, October 14, 2008, I was sitting on the deck when I observed a small round object with a white light and a red flashing light heading south across a clear sky. The object was spinning and a couple thousand feet in the air. The object did not come from the Louisville International Airport that is eight miles northeast. It was moving too fast to be a plane. I live two blocks from a major Louisville thoroughfare, Bardstown Road, and the city lights make spotting even any of the constellations difficult. Despite the completely clear sky, few stars were visible. As I was watching the object, my wife opened the kitchen window and asked me what I was doing and she and my 15 year old daughter came out on the deck and saw the object in the distance. Massachusetts - Photo of Moving Light

WINCHENDON - I was watching the news on November 7, 2008, when a strange light caught my attention about 6:00 PM. It was too bright to be a star so I went to get the camera but it was gone. I drove down to the lake and saw two strange lights one stationary and one moving slowly. I ruled out a plane’s headlight as it moved right to left ever so slowly. There were numerous of planes in the sky that night more than usual. I took some photos of the lights, planes, and stars and went home not thinking much about it until I looked at the photos the next day to compare. strange movement of light in still photo with a star in the shot not moving. MACOMB TOWNSHIP - On October 14, 2008, at 6 PM, when it was still daylight my kids saw a green saucer that hovered and quickly disappeared. When I got home from work, the kids ran over and told me they just saw a green saucer in the sky, not too far from the ground, hovering, and then it was gone really fast. They all were pretty excited about it. They pointed to the north-east and told me several times it was green. The kids are 6 to 8 years old. RYE PATCH — We were on a camping trip for a week and rode our ATV’s up to see the mines at Mt. Majumba on October 15, 2008, in a very remote area of the desert. At 6 PM, a saucer shaped vehicle came very fast towards us above the mountain. We were able to get two pictures in about 15 seconds and disappeared . The saucer had a vortex type of cloud making space around. It was like looking into a pool of rippling water. New Mexico - UFO Was a Silver Saucer

RIO RANCHO — It was nine in the morning on October 12, 2008, and my cousin and I were taking a walk when I saw a metallic silver saucer moving slowly through the air and told my cousin to look up. He saw it too and I quickly took out my phone to try and get a picture, but right when I pushed “take” the UFO disappeared into a cloud bank. It looked as if it sped up to get away. Later that morning, I looked out the window and it was back moving slowly across the sky.

Two nights earlier, we had been watching a movie and glanced out the window to see a torpedo shaped figure with glowing lights slowly moving over our yard. The lights were red, yellow, and green. New York - Disk and Gold Beam

STATEN ISLAND — UFO was spotted on September 19, 2008, at 8 PM near Newark Airport while driving westbound on I-278 near the Goethals Bridge. The object was flying a few thousand feet high between Bayonne and Elizabeth. The triangular pattern of its three blinking brightly illuminated red lights.

MERRICK – On October 1, 2008, at 12:24 AM, a large metallic object was hovering 40 feet off the ground, with a short light beam shining down to ground. My friend and I were riding our bikes on a quiet day with lots of clouds, when we noticed a large metallic disk with a rounded top just hovering. There was no sound emitted from the object. We saw it for about 5 seconds and then at gold beam shot down from the bottom of the object and then the object shot off as fast as I’ve ever seen anything go. It was like it disappeared completely in a flash. We never saw it again and we called two of our other friends to look for things like broken twigs or burned things. North Carolina – Seven Unknown Airborne Objects

SALISBURY – On October 10, 2008, at my wife and I were sitting on our backyard swing couch when I noticed seven pea size blue-gray airborne object’s coming from the east and heading towards the west at 5:00 AM. These objects seemed to be about 800 feet high traveling slow at 45 miles an hour! They flew close together, but not in formation. I pointed the objects to my wife who also saw them! At first we thought they were balloons, but as they passed over the church they all split up in different directions as if doing some kind of grid search. BRYAN — Two crafts were flying in circles over a corn field about four and a half miles from my home on October 1, 2008. They were cylinder shaped and had lights all around it at 1AM. CHAGRIN FALLS - It was too long and going much to slow to be a plane. It was huge, I couldn’t believe what I has seen. I was sitting outside on my back porch smoking on October 6, 2008 at 8 PM, when I saw this HUGE object in the sky. On the front it had a little yellowish/white light, a tiny white light in the center with a red flashing light right above it. At the end of the object there was a green light on one side and a red light on the other. It was much too long to be a plane and flying way too slow. It was making a low buzzing sound taking ten minutes for it to get out of my sight. I couldn’t see anything else but the lights, and I could tell that it was a huge object. Pennsylvania - Cigar Shaped, Low Flying Craft

RUSSELLTON – The witness reports seeing a cigar shaped UFO flying towards downtown Russellton on October 12, 2008 at 8 AM. The front end of the craft was kind of lowered and was flying relatively close to the ground with a blinking red light. It was a decent size craft flying close enough so you could actually make out the size pretty good. Also, a red light was flashing at the tail of the craft. Texas - Flying Triangle and Cylinder

NACOGDOCHES – On November 8, 2008, while traveling south bound on Highway59 from Nac to Lufkin my wife who was driving noticed a light in the sky above the treeline ahead of us. It was large about the size of an oncoming car head lights moving toward us. It stopped and hovered above the trees at 6:10 PM, as we watched for a minute. I got our JVC DV recorder and began taping it thru the windshield. It got bright and dim as I taped for about two minutes as we passed on our left. For a split second I could see the triangle shape, and lights on the three points that were red, white, and blue with a bright white center light. I had my wife stop the car off the side of the road and I got out to tape again. I could see the two colored lights flashing as it went out of sight behind the tree tops. This section of tape shows very little due to the lack of light, but you can see some flashing of lights. I am also sending the paper we made in 2007 when we also saw a object on the same road. LUBBOCK – My wife and I were photographing area cotton gins for a local business calendar on October 8, 2008, at 12:40 PM, when we took the picture. We were using a Canon 5D camera with a 24-70 L lens. We did not observe anything out of the ordinary until the images were downloaded to the computer. The object in question was then observed. Images were taken 10 seconds before and twenty seconds after the picture submitted was taken and no questionable objects were seen. The image has not been altered in any way. Virginia - Saucer

STAUNTON — On November 3, 2008, my two friends and I were sitting at a stoplight ready to get on the interstate to go to Harrisonburg when we noticed something strange in the sky. It was hard to see at first because it was just above the mountains. At about 6 PM, we watched it wobble and hover and discerned that it was gray saucer shaped UFO with red and blue flashing lights. The lights went up the sides of the craft instead of along it, like an airplane might. I attempted to take pictures with my digital camera, but there are only orange streaks where the saucer should be. West Virginia - Light Photo

EAST DAILEY — At 1:30 AM, on November 6, 2008, I looked at the northeast sky and spotted a light that changed colors, from blue, to red, to white. I grabbed my camera and the object was moving in circles as well as side to side. The movement was not visible to the naked eye, but visible when I snapped the photo. It was around medium to almost large in size. The duration of the sighting was about 30-35 minutes as it flew from the northeast to just above a house far right from the beginning location. It hovered in this location for 10 to15 minutes and then vanished. I went inside for a minute or so and came back out. I heard a weird sound like something I have never heard before, and yes, I could hear something like a hovering sound. It was not like a plane sound, but very different and more weird.

Comments: The photo above shows multiple bright lights in the night sky. The multiple lights in the above photo is likely of one light and is revealed as multiple lights due to the long exposure time (2 seconds) of the camera. However, given that the witness said that the object was moving the light movement could be due to real movement or a combination of camera movement and movement of the object. Washington - UFO Makes Low Pass

BURLINGTON — I was walking across the bus park at Skagit Transit, when I saw an object moving north in a straight line dimly silhouetted on October 8, 2008, at 5 AM. The body of this object seemed to be black, and slightly darker than the night sky behind it. Its shape was like a bat-wing, except the pointed parts were on the leading edge. On the underside of this object there were two equal-sized, circular openings, which seemed to be filled with a swirling, phosphorescent vaporous substance. It looked to be both vaporous and energized in some manner. These were definitely not lights; and these two “wells” took up about half the area of each side of the object.

There was absolutely no sound as the object crossed directly above me, headed north and disappeared into the pre-dawn darkness. The total time I observed was probably between 3 and 5 seconds. Long enough to get a good look and discount any possibility of swamp gas, weather balloons or an early-morning stars or satellites. I spent over 20 years in the Army and have observed a wide assortment of aircraft in air strikes and close air support operations both day and night. Brazil - UFO Photo

Monte Verde – I was on vacation for a week in Monte Verde mountain resort in Minas Gerais State, with my wife, my brother and his wife. On this particular day, we were climbing one of the many mountains on the southern region of the city. On August17, 2008, it was a sunny day with very good visibility and we were just walking with the dogs and taking pictures. When we got back from the trip, I unloaded pictures from my Sony disc-n1 to the computer, and noticed a strange disc shaped object in one of the many pictures.

This picture was shot looking west and partially out of focus. If you go into levels in Photoshop and play with the light and shadows parameter, you will see a clear contour of a disc shaped object. There is also, some weird distortion beneath the object and above it, similar to a motion blur, but the directions from one to another seems to be different. Very odd! I honestly don’t know if this is a UFO sighting or not, I just know that the object is not an airplane or anything else that I can think of. Thanks to MUFON CMS

Canada - Strange Figure Eights

COTE SAINT LUC, QUEBEC — I went out on our 9th floor to the balcony on November 4, 2008, and was talking to my girlfriend’s son about 10 PM, when I noticed a translucent shape of the number eight. This thing came out of nowhere and it was about 20 meters higher than us and about 20 meters in front of us. It was about 4- 5 meters, by 1-2 meters, in size. The object made no sound and was a big solid number eight that is almost rotating and moving forward and upward at the same time. I looked up and about 400 meters above it was this glowing white light that was moving much slower than an air plane.

The object seemed to be going toward the light. We were trying to figure out what the hell this thing was when another translucent number eight object appeared. The second object was moving at the same speed and at the same direction, but in a different motion. About a minute later a 3rd object appeared out of nowhere from the same location as the other 2 came from. It also looked the same as the first two. The 3rd one was a “standing” number eight and was moving in a “back and forth” rocking motion. The 3rd one was moving much faster, as if it was trying to catch up to the others. This whole thing took about two minutes and left me wondering for days. These things seemed like a living organism that came from another dimension. Maldives – Pilots Witness UFO over Indian Ocean

MALE – On November 5, 2008, at 7:30 PM, two airline pilots witnessed a group of lights in the distance, which appeared to be connected to one object. The lights maneuvered across the sky, changed direction, and apparently disappeared in the distance. The pilot states: For 30 minutes my colleague and I witnessed 3-7 lights moving slowly in unison across the night sky. We were having dinner on a rooftop restaurant in Male, Maldives, when he noticed a grouping of 5-7 white lights moving in unison in the sky. He pointed it out to me as he thought it was a large aircraft coming into landing at the local airport. We then realized it was nowhere near the airport and the lights were not bright enough to be landing lights and we came to the conclusion it was moving too slowly to be a commercial jet. We continued to watch it as it went in-behind buildings, at which point we lost sight. Minutes later we saw it emerge and change to the opposite direction it was moving originally.

The configuration of lights changed from about six scattered lights to three in the shape of a triangle with 1 trailing light in behind, all of which were moving at the same speed. We continued to watch it move left to right for about ten minutes. During the time we witnessed the lights, they had changed direction once, originally right to left, and then left to right. The formation, color, and quantity of lights also had changed. If I had to guess the distance of the formation, I would say it was 10-50 miles away, if that is true then the formation would have been 1-2 miles wide. KUALA LUMPUR – On October 1, 2008 at 12:24 AM, the witness spotted a huge creature or UFO on a clear dark night. There is this huge source of light that appears in the middle of the clear dark sky, with a cloud around it. The size of this “creature” is unbelievable huge, never seen such big thing in the sky from such far high up distance. The witness states, “From where I am standing on the 23rd floor, it looks like a line of bright colorful light and in the middle on top of this line is a very clear red light on it. With binoculars; I can see vividly the bright line and the red light in the middle on top of it.”

A second later, I can see a real aero plane flying across it, and I can now see relatively how BIG is that thing. The UFO is a100 times larger than the aero plane that just flew through it!! Switzerland - 20 To 30 White Objects

MONT-DE-ROLLE — While walking in the park called Signal-de-Bougy with my two daughters on October 5, 2008, at 1:30 PM, my older daughter (who is 14) pointed at an X shape of 20 to 30 white objects high up in the sky. They were all in a cluster to right side of the X shape, moving independently but gradually all moving from the west to the east. They were all bunched up in the form of a circle, moving in between each other but never separating completely. We saw them for five minutes before they disappeared. MANCHESTER – A shining beam blasts earthwards from what looks like a hovering UFO, in another astounding sighting. A clip handed to The Sun shows the white dot hanging motionless in the air before a shot of white light emits from the orb, hitting the earth.

Just a few seconds later a red beam comes firing from the object before the silent orb disappears. Zoe Salthouse, 20, captured this incredible footage a couple of weeks ago while sitting in a friend’s back garden. The student nurse from New Moston, Manchester, was sitting with friends in nearby Alcrington when she saw the light.

She said: “I got out my mobile phone straight away and started filming. It was eerie and strange - but then the light came out, we were all shocked. Everything was pitch black apart from the dot. “When the light beams came out it seemed to just shoot down to the ground and disappear. “I don’t know what it was, but it didn’t look man-made. “I am a pretty level headed girl, but what I saw defies explaining.” It is the latest in a string of astonishing sightings up and down the country. Bristol – On November 4, 2008, in a bizarre incident, a UFO was spotted shooting red beams of light to the ground as it hovered over in South West England. The mysterious craft and the flashing beams were recorded on the mobile phones of Shellie Williams, 20, and her mum Betty, 53. The duo also caught the red and white vertical beams, which were not visible to the naked eye. For care worker Shellie, who watched from outside her home in nearby Hartcliffe, it was a very eerie incident. “It was bizarre and I was quite frightened,” the Sun quoted her as saying. Her mother Betty, who was also spooked by the incident, reported sighting more than one.

“Through binoculars we saw clusters of lights,” Betty said. “They seemed to form a circle and were attached to something. Their neighbour Tony Jefferies, stated, “He had seen the lights go on and off for two weeks.” Both mother and daughter pinpointed the lights as having been close to a radio mast on Dundry Hill. But air traffic control at Bristol International Airport said that it had no reports of “unusual activity.”, (ANI)

NEACROFT, CHRISTCHURCH, BOURNEMOUTH — It was on Monday October 2, 2008, around 8 PM, when my father spotted lights flying above our house. They were in clusters, flashing green and orange and were moving quite quickly. For five minutes they came in groups and followed each other. We are pretty sure they were not balloons or lanterns because they were moving too quickly and they were definitely not planes as there were too many lights close together. I captured some of the lights on my mobile phone but you can see the lights and their formation.
